In response to the need of use of up-to-date technology and best
use of recent scientific and industrial products in civil constructions, ''Sayeh
Saz Ieman Co.,Ltd.'' has been established in 1995. This company was founded in
order to present new and useful products to construction and related industries
and in its first steps towards this goal, it presented transparent and safe ''Lexan
Polycarbonate Sheets'' on the market. After succeeding in presenting
Lexan sheets and all related products, ''Sayeh Saz Ieman Co.,Ltd.'' began to do
some researches on another constructive product called Window Film and now
presents "LLumar Window Film" in Iran.
For the immense and complicated scientific information of the mentioned
products, ''Sayeh Saz Ieman Co.,Ltd.'' has made use of professional scientists
in order to present these products as good as possible. According to the need
for following the standards in usage of these products, this company has made it
possible to execute numerous projects by using a group of experts.
In the near future, ''Sayeh Saz Ieman Co.,Ltd.'' is going to present products
such as "PolyU Polycarbonate Sheets'' and ''Plexiglas
Sheets'' on Iran’s market and hopes to have significant effects on
improvement of domestic projects quality.
Lexan
polycarbonate sheets are special products among engineering thermoplastic
types. Lexan’s high quality has made it an ideal material for every transparent
sheets use. Lexan polycarbonate sheet is the hardest and the most resistant
transparent material ever presented on the market. In addition to the important
quality of unbreakability, it has provided features such as: light weight, fire
resistance, color constancy, heat and sound insulation.
Besides general features mentioned above, other particular features of Lexan
polycarbonate sheets will be very useful in specific projects, these features
include: chemical resistance, volume resistivity, compatibility for designing
light resistant structures, variety in colors, simple cut and installation, UV
protection ( Ultra violet ), usage capability
between temperatures of 40cº and 120cº, perfect
dielectrical quality, air conditioning costs reduction (
heating & cooling ), high resistance against unexpected events like
earthquake or storms or inappropriate weather conditions.
LLumar window
film is a thin layer, composed of a number of polymer layers. LLumar
thickness varies between 0.035 millimeter and
0.4 millimeter (400 micron)
in different kinds. Each one of the layers in window film is designed for a
particular purpose. Then the layers are combined with each other and they form a
united product so that once combined, separating them would be actually
impossible.
The growing need to use glass in civil constructions, industries and cars has
always been challenging the numerous disadvantages of glass. For instance we can
mention: air-conditioning energy loss, impact fragility and challenges which
make it dangerous in the case of unexpected events, excessive Transmission of
light and harmful sun rays. Nowadays LLumar Window Film multilayer sheet is the
latest technical achievement for completing glass and tackle its drawbacks.
After many years of presentation of high-tech constructive
production, and technical researches, "Sayeh Saz Ieman Co.,Ltd." has begun to
introduce and present the various productions of the Italian company with the
name of "PolyU".
"PolyU" industrial group was founded in 1980 and from the beginning, started
producing a variety of new productions, with using Polycarbonate resin. Variety
of "PolyU" has made simple design and beauty possible at the same time.
In addition to multi wall polycarbonate sheets, Polyu has produce multi wall
corrugated "Thermonda" and "Thermogereca"
sheets, multi wall superposed with sandwich panel
sheets, for the first time.
These two products have made a great effect in developing Polycarbonate sheets
industry and are used easily in installation on the roof of factories and
industrial companies.
Making a transparent atmosphere in industrial roofs, besides reducing the amount
of energy spent on light, plays an important role in facilitating the use of
natural daylight.
